Thin Line Between Stupid and Clever

Opining on Whatever

Heckuva Job Brownie!!!

Remember Michael Brown?  You know, the former FEMA Director who was praised for his handling of Hurricane Katrina by Dubya shortly before  resigning because of, well, poor handling of Hurricane Katrina.  Well he has returned.  In one of the largest “pot meet kettle” moments in recent memory, “Brownie” was on Fox News “The Troll” last night criticizing Obama’s response to the BP oil disaster.  His brilliant theory is this:

“This is exactly what they want, because now [Obama] can pander to the environmentalists and say, ‘I’m gonna shut it down because it’s too dangerous.'”

I mean, what???!! Look there may be some fair criticism of our current administration’s response (although I’m not sure), but you FUCKED UP KATRINA.  We’re talking about the worst natural disaster and subsequent response in U.S. history, and you were in charge!  And Fox News, why are you going to this guy for analysis of disaster handling?  You didn’t think that maybe this would be laughable to all of us who are NOT insane.  You might as well have this guy come on and talk about hairstyles and chest waxing.  He’s obviously an expert.

This is truly unbelievable. I’m glad the Right is completely full of shit, because as they keep pandering to the ultra-crazies, they are alienating themselves from everyone else with half a brain.

Comparable to asking Michael Jackson (RIP) for parenting advice
